Our CHAIR-ity Auction is an auction featuring CHAIRS of all types. Donate a CHAIR with a theme of your choice. Make it FUN & creative by adding decorations and/or accessories.

Donations can be new or used rocking chairs, kitchen chairs, children’s chairs, computer chairs, recliners, car seats, bar stools, garden benches, stadium seats, bicycle seats, a ride in the seat of a special car. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination.

Don’t have a chair? That’s okay, we also accept donations of incentives. Examples of incentive donations are: quilts, pottery, artwork, gift cards, raffle baskets, etc…

When you have made your decision on a chair and/or incentive, please fill out the Entry Form online at: www.eastsideministry.org or DOWNLOAD and Email the Entry Form to: eastsideministry58@gmail.com. Entry forms will be accepted through Friday, February 7, 2025 4:00 PM.

However, if you would like to be featured in the Times Recorder, entry forms are due by: Jan.31st.

CHAIR-ity Auction items will be accepted at the Colony Square Mall on Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 5pm-7pm & Thursday, Feb. 20 from 11am-3pm. (details for drop off location will be emailed to you)
