Available Sponsorship Levels:

• Platinum - $1,000 – Includes a foursome, two tee signs, logo on the banner, name on cart signs & name on all marketing/communications
• Gold - $500 – Includes one tee sign, name on the banner & name on all marketing/communications
• Silver - $250 – Includes one tee sign & name on banner
• Bronze - $100 – Includes one tee sign

Signs will display the name of the sponsor and/or their business. All sponsors will be recognized in the program.

Entry includes:

• Golf fees with cart (2 players per cart), Lunch & Non-alcoholic beverages
• All proceeds benefit Eastside’s Youth Program.
• Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin & longest drive.

We are selling ball drop tickets for our Golf Outing. We will sell 250 total tickets. You do not have to be present to win. The day of the outing we will take golf balls numbered from 1-250 up a ladder and dump them on the green. The ball that goes in the hole or closest to will win half the money from our ticket sales and the other half goes to Eastside. Winning ticket worth $2500 (Based on Ticket Sales).
