Eastside Community Ministry Update

Our staff & volunteers have washed their hands, put on their capes, gloves, taken their temps and are ready to serve our neighbors in need. A few things have changed....

1. Our Food Pantry is open Monday - Thursday from 9AM-4:30PM for our regular pantry clients. If you need a food pantry please call 211 and they will direct you to the pantry closest to you. We do ask that you pull into our parking lot and stay in your car. We will come to you.

2. Our Clothing Bank is open Monday – Thursday from 9AM-NOON. In order to practice social distancing and maintain the safety and well-being of everyone, we will only allow two (2) visitors at a time in our Clothing Bank and you MUST wear a face covering. You will be given 15 minutes to shop and able to visit our Clothing Bank one (1) time per week.

3. Eastside Community Ministry will start accepting donations of clothing/small household items on Monday, June 1, 2020. We will accept these donations Monday – Thursday from 9AM-NOON. Please bring your donations to our garage in a sealed trash bag and ring the door bell and a staff/volunteer will be right with you. PLEASE DO NOT leave your items outside.

I've been volunteering here for approximately 5 months and the assistance they provide to families is unbelievable. The entire staff is amazing and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed. It truly makes me feel as if I'm making a difference in our community.
